  While applying for a vacant position, you may prompt to answer some pre-screening questions. These questions will vary depending on the position. For example, if you are applying for the job of a Registered Nurse, we will need to know that you are licenced. This assessment is based on the role requirements of the job you applied for and must be completed to move on to the next step. If you pass the pre-screening assessment, you may be contacted by our recruiter.

• Have you Forgotten your user name?

  Go to My Profile, click on Forgot your user name, enter your email address (Note: the email address must be the one used to set up initial profile) and then click validate. You will receive a Username Retrieval Confirmation.

• Have you Forgotten you're password?

  Go to My Profile, click on Forgot your password, enter your user name and email address (Note: the email address must be the one used to set up initial profile) and then click ok. The login credentials will be sent automatically by the system. Please check your inbox.
