Dr. Benin Rajesh holds exemplary academic qualifications and possesses extensive experience in managing a wide range of medical conditions, and critically ill patients. He is skilled in performing various advanced procedures in pulmonology. His compassionate and empathetic approach, combined with his fluency in Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam, allows him to connect with patients on a personal level. He is committed to providing accurate diagnoses and the best patient care to ensure excellent outcomes.
Following his MBBS, he worked as a medical intern at St. John’s Medical College, Bengaluru.
He then worked as an MD Junior Resident- Medicine- at AIIMS New Delhi, where he managed a wide range of common and rare diseases. During this time, he was also trained in managing medical emergencies, performing various procedures and caring for critically ill patients in the ICU.
Following this, he worked as a DM senior resident in Pulmonary Critical Care & Sleep Medicine at AIIMS New Delhi. Here, he has trained under stalwarts in the field of Pulmonology, further refining his skills and acquiring a wealth of experience in interventional pulmonology, critical care and sleep medicine.
Dr. Benin Rajesh completed his MBBS from St. John’s Medical College Bengaluru, one of the top medical colleges in the country.
He then went on to complete his MD in Internal Medicine from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. He continued his studies at AIIMS, New Delhi and completed his super-specialization in DM- Pulmonary Critical Care & Sleep Medicine.
He has also cleared the Specialty Certificate Exam in Respiratory Medicine (MRCP-UK).
He has been conferred with a Fellowship in Sleep Medicine from the Indian Sleep Disorders Association. The World Sleep Society has also awarded him the prestigious International Sleep Disorders Specialist designation after having cleared the requisite exam.
He has participated in various courses in Pulmonology, including the IAB Thoracoscopy certification course and the Interventional Pulmonology course by ERS held in Heidelberg, Germany.
