International Yoga Day was celebrated with gusto at Apollo Hospitals Noida. Armed with yoga mats and beaming smiles, our guests came in early morning and participated enthusiastically at the special yoga event, led by a yoga expert. The yoga session was followed by light refreshments and enlivening conversations. The event was organised by Apollo Hospitals and Noida Obstetrics and Gynaecology Society with the intention to encourage more and more people to derive the benefits of yoga.
