The department as a team takes care of children from new-born babies to older children until 18 years of age with nutritional issues and problems / diseases affecting food pipe, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, liver, gall bladder & pancreas.

We work closely with general paediatric surgeons, Liver transplant surgeons, dieticians, paediatric intensive care units and other paediatric subspecialties whenever appropriate.
