What is icterus?
Is another word for Jaundice.
What is idiopathic?
Of unknown cause. Any disease that is of uncertain or unknown origin may be termed idiopathic.
What is immunology?
The study of all aspects of the immune system, including its structure and function, disorders of the immune system, blood banking, immunization, and organ transplantation.
What is induration?
Localized hardening of soft tissue of the body.
What is infarction?
This is an area of tissue death, due to a local lack of oxygen.
What is infectivity?
The proportion of persons exposed to an infectious agent who actually become infected by it.
What is inflammation?
A localized reaction that produces redness, warmth, swelling, and pain as a result of infection, irritation, or injury.
What is insomnia?
The condition of inadequate or poor-quality sleep due to a number of factors, such as difficulty falling asleep, waking up frequently during the night with difficulty returning to sleep, waking up too early in the morning, or unrefreshing sleep.
