Please report at the Apollomedics Preventive Health Check Reception, Ground Floor, between 8.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., all seven days with prior appointment.
On Day One, you will undergo all investigations & consultation with the physician; review with the physician along with all reports and summary will be fixed for Day Two/Three.
Kindly bring your morning samples of urine and stool (if applicable). Sterilized containers for samples may be collected a day in advance from the Apollomedics Health Check Department or from a chemist shop.
Please come on an empty stomach with overnight fasting; however, you are adviced to have 2-3 glasses of plain water, to enable a full bladder to facilitate an ultrasound.
If you are diabetic, or have high blood pressure, or are pregnant, or have any other clinical condition, please inform the PHC help desk at the time of registration.
Child check does not require fasting.
Pregnant ladies or those suspecting pregnancy shall not undergo X-ray, Mammography, Dexa Scan or CT Angio.
Ladies are advised NOT to undergo their health checks during menstrual cycle. Please do not use deodorants, perfumes or talc if your package contains breast check up.
In case you are on any medication, please bring them with you and take them after breakfast (provided as part of the package). If you experience any discomfort, we shall have you meet our physician immediately.
If you are diabetic, please DO NOT accept the glucose drink that is given to non-diabetics after the first blood sample.
Since you will be required to change clothes frequently while undergoing various tests, you are advised to wear comfortable casual clothes and footwear
Avoid carrying your valuables/jewellery along with you.
One attendant (12+ years age) may be brought with you.
If you are a smoker, please do not smoke on the day of your health check.
10% discount will be extended on select additional investigations/OPD Consultation charges recommended by our consultants based on clinical examination during the Health Check/Review
Validity period of all Health Check Packages is one month, within which period, review may be completed
