Meet Mr George Ibrahim, a 73-year-old patient from Tanzania, accompanied by his wife. He is here to recount his journey of heart treatment under the expert care of Dr Manoj Kumar, a renowned cardiac surgeon at Apollo Hospital, located in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
Mr George consulted several doctors and had undergone open-heart surgery previously. Due to intense post-surgery chest pain that he couldn’t bear, he turned to Dr Manoj for assistance. Following consultations, Dr Manoj recommended to undergo tests and diagnostics, which revealed a clot in the left side of his heart. As part of the treatment plan, angioplasty was suggested. Additionally, Dr Manoj got doubts regarding the right side of heart, prompting a similar procedure, which surprisingly uncovered a clot in the right side as well.
