Home Discharges refers to a Homecare Recovery program offered for every cardiac surgery performed at Apollo Hospitals Jubilee Hills. Our expert team, including doctors, physiotherapists, caring nurses, dietitian and care coordinators provide an expert, curated and personalised recovery program in the comfort of your home
Discharge will happen at the hospital itself. However, in this program, patients will receive care at home until recovery.
All patients who undergo a cardiac surgery at Apollo Hospitals Jubilee Hills will be offered the Homecare Recovery program by default. This includes surgeries like bypass surgery, valve surgery, congenital heart surgery, minimally invasive heart surgery, transplant and more.
