The Pinkathon is more than a Marathon, whose medical partners were Apollo Hospitals. It is the seed of change. It is the beginning of a movement carried forward by a growing community of empowered women across India, who share a belief that a healthy family, a healthy nation and a healthy world begins with empowered women.

Apollo Hospitals have catered to a medical stall equipped with the senior physiotherapists and placed ambulances along the route to attend to any emergencies. Free mammogram coupons was given to all participants to encourage them to get themselves checked for Breast Health. Ms Sangita Reddy JMD, Mr. Y Subramanyam CEO & Dr TPS Bhandari Consultant Onco Surgeon Apollo Hospitals flagged off the marathon with fitness enthusiast Milind Soman and Ms Manjula a cancer survivor.
