419Resveratrol is a chemical found in red wine, red grape skins, purple grape juice, mulberries, and in smaller amounts in peanuts. The antiviral effects of RSV have been demonstrated in a number of pathogenic human and animal viruses. It had the ability to inhibit viral protein production and gene expression at various levels. However, there is no evidence that Resveratrol helps in curbing the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes COVID -19.
