The Department of Nephrology at Apollo Hospitals Guwahati attract a huge number of patients from all over the NorthEast and is considered one of the foremost in the region.
Led by eminent Nephrologist Dr.Tonmoy Das and his team including Dr.Mitul Bora and Dr.Dhrubajyoti Choudhury among other highly committed team members, the department has infrastructure to deal with all types of Kidney diseases. There is a 15 bedded Dialysis ward with state of art Haemo-Dialysis Machines backed up by Swedish R.O System. The Department has successfully conducted more than 250 Renal Transplants till date.
