    • Dr. Bajpai is an avid researcher with 200 publications in lead international & national journals of high impact predominantly as lead author & several international paper presentations & awards  in lead oncology conferences focusing on rare cancers(sarcomas, skin cancers, pregnancy related cancers, LGBTQ+ cancers)  women cancers, developing low-cost, efficacious protocols for low-middle income countries, workforce disparity, adolescent and young adult cancers and Immuno-Oncology and Precision Medicine.
    • She has been involved in various academic and research activities, including international mentorship program under the umbrella of ESMO & ASCO and SFO and curriculum development for HBNI fellowship Immuno-Oncology program, thesis guidance for several students in India, SAARC region and other low middle income countries.
