Indraprastha Apollo bags CSR Health Impact Award 2019
It was a proud day for Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals on June 27, 2019, as its CSR project A Healthy Start bagged the prestigious CSR Health Impact Award 2019. The project was awarded Leader in the Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) category for touching the lives of 50,000 underprivileged school children in Delhi by constructing over 100 toilets as well as providing drinking water solutions in Government schools. Lack of toilets is one of the leading causes of water borne diseases among children. Through this project, Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals is doing its bit to make a difference.This is the 5th award for A Healthy Start since the project started in 2015
