AI Partnership with Microsoft: Apollo Hospitals collaborated with Microsoft to develop AI-driven healthcare co-pilots for clinicians, patients, and hospital operations, enhancing outcomes and efficiency.
AI-Based Rapid Response System: Apollo introduced an automated AI system for real-time patient monitoring, enabling timely alerts and interventions to improve care.
Connected Care Services: Apollo launched India’s first Connected Care program, providing clinical teams a real-time, holistic view of patients to enhance care delivery.
Apollo TeleHealth: She led the establishment of Apollo TeleHealth, delivering quality medical care remotely to over 20 million people, bridging geographical gaps.
Mobile Clinics with Samsung: Apollo partnered with Samsung to launch mobile clinics for NCD

Promoting Affordable and Sustainable Social Initiatives: Dr. Reddy has spearheaded several initiatives to make healthcare more inclusive, including the Apollo Reach program, which focuses on building secondary care hospitals in rural areas. She led the establishment of the world’s first telemedicine centre at an altitude of 4,300 meters under Apollo TeleHealth.

She also oversees Apollo Knowledge, an initiative shaping the future of healthcare through education platforms such as Medvarsity, Apollo MedSkills, and medical colleges. Today, Apollo MedSkills is India’s largest healthcare skilling institution, preparing the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Influencing Global Healthcare: Dr. Reddy’s influence extends to shaping global healthcare policies. She is currently an active member of the World Economic Forum (WEF) and the Rockefeller Working Group, where she contributes to developing the private sector’s role in healthcare globally. She is also the Vice President of NATHEALTH – Healthcare Federation of India. Additionally, the Government of India has appointed her as a Member of the Technology Development Board under the Department of Science and Technology.

Previously, Dr. Reddy has held notable positions, including serving as the Chair of G20 Empower, a pivotal initiative addressing critical challenges like gender inequality, economic disparities, and healthcare accessibility among G20 member nations. She was also the President of FICCI (2019–2020), where she drove significant healthcare policy reform. Furthermore, she served on the Steering Committee on Health for the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, advising the Planning Commission on healthcare reforms.

Driving Humanitarian Initiatives: As the head of Apollo Philanthropy, Dr. Reddy oversees impactful programs such as the Save a Child’s Heart Initiative (SAHI), CURE, and the Billion Hearts Beating Foundation. She was instrumental in establishing the Total Health Foundation, which aims to improve overall well-being by addressing social determinants of health alongside providing access to quality care.

Her efforts in organ donation have brought together governments, NGOs, and civil society organizations to create an Organ Donation Bank, promoting a culture of life-saving contributions. In 2021, Dr. Reddy was invited to join the Terra Carta consultative group for HRH The Prince of Wales and contributed to the Sustainable Markets Initiative G7 CEOs meeting.

Directorships: Dr. Reddy is a director of 16 companies, spanning sectors such as healthcare, alternate energy, real estate, and software development. She also serves as the Honorary Consul of Brazil in Hyderabad, appointed by the Government of India.
