There are numerous updates in the field of medicine and it is need of the hour to update practitioners as per the current trends. With a view on this, a clinical program – “Apollo Gastro Update 2016” was organised on 17th Dec 2016. The arena was filled with eminent doctors and the session was very informative. The session was inaugurated with a welcome address by Dr. Karthikeyan – Consultant Surgical Gastroenterologist & Pancreatic Surgeon, followed by keynote address by Dr. Rohini Sridhar – Chief Operating Officer, Madurai Division.
