Chennai, August 29, 2024: – Apollo Hospitals to conduct its 5th edition of Apollo International Colorectal Surgery Symposium (AICRS 2024). One of the main highlights of the symposium will be the release of the latest patient clinical outcomes from the coveted Apollo Rectal Cancer (ARC) Programme.

Additionally, the programme has seen a significant reduction in robotic to open conversion rates, at 1% compared to 7.0%. These exceptional outcomes have also led to improved survival rates, with significant advancements in treatment protocols contributing to higher long-term survival rates for rectal cancer patients.
