The following are the most common symptoms of Wilms’ tumor. However, each child may experience symptoms differently. Symptoms may include:
- A lump felt or seen in the abdomen
- Shortness of breath
- Blood in the urine (haematuria)
- Abdominal pain
- Decreased appetite and fatigue
- Constipation
- Fever
- High blood pressure (hypertension)
