Signs and symptoms may not appear in the early stages of vaginal cancers. However, some symptoms that may appear are:
- Watery vaginal discharge
- Unusual vaginal bleeding (possibly after intercourse or Post menopause)
- A mass/ lump in the vagina
- Frequent /Painful urination
- Pain in the pelvis
- Constipation
