Urethral cancer might not have symptoms during the early stages. People with urethral cancer may eventually develop any of the following symptoms:
- Lumps or growths in the urethra
- Blood in the urine
- High frequency of micturition or feeling a frequent urge to urinate without passing much urine
- Pain, low flow or dribbling while urinating
- Enlarged lymph nodes in the groin area
- Discharge from the urethra
