Early Pancreatic cancers frequently have no symptoms or indicators. Tumours often grow large and expand outside the pancreas when they cause symptoms. People with Pancreatic cancer may experience the following symptoms:
- Pain or bloating in the upper abdomen or upper back
- Loss of appetite
- Unexplained weight loss and weakness
- Nausea and vomiting
- A blockage of the bile ducts causes jaundice
- Light-coloured stools with a foul odour
- Fever, chills and sweats
- Itchy skin
