Paediatrics Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma Signs and Symptoms

The signs and symptoms of Non-Hodgkin lymphoma depend on where the cancer forms in the body and the extent of cancer.

  • Painless, swollen lymph nodes near the collarbone or in the neck, chest, underarm, or groyne region

  • Fever of no known origin

  • Unexplained weight loss

  • Drenching night sweats
  • Fatigue

  • Anorexia

  • Itchy skin

  • Coughing
  • Trouble breathing, especially when lying down

  • Severe or frequent infections (from low white blood cell counts)

  • Easy bruising or bleeding (from low blood platelet counts)

  • Fatigue and pale skin (from low red blood cell counts;anaemia)
