Signs and symptoms do not usually appear in the early stages of primary liver cancer. When they do appear, they may include:
- Weight loss, general weakness and fatigue
- Loss of appetite
- Upper abdominal pain
- Abdominal bloating
- Yellow discoloration of the skin and eyes (Jaundice)
