Signs and symptoms of Hodgkin’s lymphoma may include:
- Painless swelling of lymph nodes in your neck, armpits or groin
- Persistent fatigue
- Fever
- Night sweats
- Unexplained weight loss
- Severe itching
- Increased sensitivity to the effects of alcohol or pain in your lymph nodes after drinking alcohol
Presence of B Symptoms (Means the disease is aggressive and needs immediate treatment)
Part of staging Hodgkin lymphoma requires determining whether certain B symptoms are present, which may factor into the overall prognosis and may be signs of more advanced disease. Those B symptoms are:
- Fever
- Drenching night sweats
- Dramatic and unexplained weight loss(more than 10% weight loss in last 6 months)
