Biography
Dr. S M Shuaib Zaidi is the Academic Coordinator and Senior Consultant in the Department of Surgical Oncology with over 23 years of experience as Surgical Oncologist. Dr Zaidi developed a new technique of marginal mandibular nerve preservation in Head and neck cancer surgery, which was published in an American ‘Journal of Surgical Oncology’ in 2007. He was co-investigator of the study presented at American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) meeting; “Preoperative chemotherapy followed by Gastrectomy with D2 dissection for cancer of the stomach”
