Biography
Dr Sridhar P S is a Lead Consultant, Cyberknife Radiosurgery at Apollo Cancer Centres, Bangalore. With remarkable career spanning over 25 years, Dr Sridhar has made significant contributions to the field of radiation oncology specializing in high-precision radiotherapy, PET-based radiotherapy planning, and brachytherapy. He has extensive experience in advanced radiotherapy techniques, such as IMRT, IGRT, and stereotactic radiosurgery, and is adept at managing complex cases. Functional radiosurgery, high precision radiotherapy genomics and radiogenomics are some of his key areas of interests. He has performed more than 2700 Cyberknife surgeries.
Dr. Sridhar has held prominent positions at leading medical institutions throughout his extensive career. His leadership extends to academic contributions as a faculty member and a reviewer for esteemed oncology journals, ensuring the dissemination of knowledge and the advancement of cancer treatment protocols. With more than 150 publications in prestigious journals, Dr. Sridhar’s abundant contributions to medical literature demonstrate his commitment to research and teaching.
