He trained from Prestigious Central Institute, Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology. He has been trained in Austria for advanced endovascular interventions.

His specialty interests are Endovascular aneurysm repair, Thoracic endovascular aortic repair, and Open repair of aortic aneurysms including thoracoabdominal and hybrid repairs for aortic arch aneurysms.
