Dr. Amar Kumar, a distinguished medical professional, holds a rich academic background, having completed his MBBS at Bangalore Medical College and MS in General Surgery from Kasturba Medical College. His international experience includes FRCS (Edinburgh ) and DU from London, and over three decades of expertise.

With a sterling career that includes stints at renowned institutions like the Royal Liverpool Hospital and Middlesex Hospital in London, Dr. Amar Kumar has garnered extensive experience. Notably, he has conducted over 6000 Endourological procedures for prostate and stone diseases, along with 150 laparoscopic radical and partial nephrectomy, orchidopexy, and pyeloplasty.

Dr. Amar Kumar’s dedication to advancing medical knowledge is evident in his specialization in diabetic urosepsis. Over the past five years, he has successfully treated more than 200 patients in this domain and presented numerous papers on the subject. Serving as the president of the Bangalore Urological Society, he has contributed significantly to the field through workshops and publications in reputable journals like the Indian Journal of Urological Society and the British Journal of Urology.
