Dr. Adesh completed his MBBS from KVG Medical College & Hospital, Sullia and MD (General Medicine) from Command Hospital Air Force, Bengaluru.

He has served as a Short Service Commission Officer in Indian Air Force and retired as Squadron leader.

He has done DNB (Gastroenterology) from Asian Institute of Gastroenterology, Hyderabad.
