He did his MBBS from JJM Medical College from Davangere and MS (General Surgery) from NHL Medical College, Ahmedabad and DNB from Meenakshi Mission Hospital and Research Centre, Madurai.

Has fellowships in urology, andrology and laser surgeries to his credit.

• To his credit, he has done more than 10000+ surgeries till date in various specialties and sub-specialties of the genitourinary system including 3000+ surgeries for kidney stones, 1500+ laser prostate treatment, 200+kidney transplants & 400+ cancer related surgeries, and many other innovative procedures including pediatric and female health medicine.
• Has publications, poster presentations at various national and international journals.
• He has special interest in Male sexual health medicine Advanced robotic onco surgeries.
