f-EVAR for a complex juxtarenal Aortic aneurysm with a delayed rare complication

Patient was admitted with complaints of abdominal pain and syncopal attacks. CECT showed juxta renal aortic aneursym for which f-EVAR was done. Patient was asymptomatic for a year after which new onset hypertension was diagnosed with retinal hemorrhages in fundoscopy, PRES changes in MRI. Doppler showed decreased right renal flow with suspected stenosis in the stent. CO2 angiogram showed occlusion of the stent with normal flow in left kidney.
