Dr. Tarun Verma completed his post-graduation in Internal Medicine from Pune & pursued his DM in Clinical Haematology at AIIMS New Delhi. With over 17 years of experience, Dr. Tarun’s key expertise lies in Bone Marrow Transplant, as well as management of all malignant and non-malignant hematological conditions. Dr. Tarun is credited with performing the first Autologous Stem Cell Transplant on a patient with Multiple Myeloma in Jammu & Kashmir in 2009 and has more than 150 transplants to his credit and was instrumental in initiating the Haploidentical (half-matched) BMT programme. Dr. Verma has 6 national publications to his credit and has been invited as a speaker to more than a dozen national conferences.
